MC FIRST (consult)
have been engaged as MMC consultants to provide
Hutchison Whampoa Properties (Europe) Limited
www.hwpg.com with strategic design –procurement-
supply chain-logistics and commercial management
expertise in connection with off site modular
volumetric construction techniques in connection
with their prestigious £330 million development at
Lots Road London ,which will comprise 802 apartments
incorporating private and affordable housing and
other mixed uses. The project will create a village
concept on the banks of the river Thames with
apartments being arranged around an existing creek.
Planned start on site in Q1 2008 and to be completed
in phases by Q2 2013. |
