MC First have completed the design and cost engineering, for a totally modular 5 storey apartment scheme, which is intended to provide developers with a base model turnkey solution for residential accommodation.

The scheme provides as standard elevational treatments in terracotta rainscreen with coloured render and individual steel balconies. Kitchen and white goods provisional allowance of £6000 per apartment.

All consultant fees being included with the exception of planning costings based on apartment block, only assuming a flat site with no abnormal ground conditions or abnormal service requirements.

It is intended that this base model can if needed, be adapted to suit specific site requirements and if necessary be increased in plan size or storey height.
